Attached to Lincoln Community Hospital is a 35 bed, Licensed Care Center offering comfortable, compassionate and homelike nursing home care. The Care Center serves families in Lincoln County and the surrounding eastern plains communities. The Care Center is proud to have been awarded America's Top Nursing Home Award in 2009 and 2013. Patients of the care center have access to the following services:
